delivery guys were great, in, out , polite and efficient.
product review will follow after assembly but on first view looks fine. notice of delivery was a little tight(24hrs)but again worked out fine.

I recently ordered a York 150cm white dining table on delivery it was damaged,so a replacement was sent and original collected, once again it was damaged ! As were the next two delivery’s, unbelievable !! A Total of 4 tables damaged .I contacted them by telephone and was told they could not guarantee a 5th table would not be damaged !! Frustrated and annoyed I opted for a refund. The only positive with this company is the quick response and communication during this fiasco !!!

Great value, no fuss ordering and courier service first class. Really happy with service. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Worst delivery experience I have ever received. Was given a 3 hour time slot which was missed, informed the van had broken down and would not receive my order. Delivery then turned up 2 hours late and they left it in a communal hallway and advised to unpack the order to get it through the doorway. Order was unpacked and items were damaged, quality poor and welding was sub-par and cheap. I attempted to contact out and out to resolve my issue and was on hold for 40 minutes to be then transferred to voicemail! Avoid avoid avoid!

An easy company to deal with got in touch regularly to update us on our order would recommend them.

It took three months for delivery. However it was worth the wait. It’s a lovely set and great value at the reduced price( Stockholm Chaise Lounge).

The only thing I would say is we would of preferred the chaise lounge on the right hand side which you didn’t do?

The company could not find my address on first delivery and contacted me by phone before returning the day after to deliver. Thank you for not just leaving it and the items being lost. Great service and a friendly driver who was helpful.

The delivery was excellent and although we haven't set it up yet as it's still only February we looked at quality of rattan and cushions, they look great.

I ordered a garden parasol from the sale it arrived and I was extremely happy with the quality of the product. I found out about out and out from a friend who has already purchased from this company they were very pleased with what they had purchased. Sadly I am still waiting for my Chaise long garden furniture to arrive and haven’t received any contact from them to say when to expect it so I have to mark them down on customer service contact

I ordered an item mid December no update on order to date communication with customer service is the issue very poor indeed I even think I might have been scammed

What went wrong?! Do you mean apart from the fact that the table arrived looking like it had been dropped out of a plane, been kicked about by the BFG and finished off by Hermes?

Prompt delivery. Delighted with the product. One item slightly damaged in transit and we had a replacement delivered within days. Will certainly recommend to friends.

Shocking service. Placed an order and 2 weeks later wondered where the order was. When I called up they said it was placed on hold yet they didn't think to physically make contact to tell me this. Then received an email to say that it was on hold because it was an order for a business. And even though I'd spent £1200 on the order and £35 for delivery they wanted another £125 for the delivery because it was for a business. Told them I'd take my business elsewhere and wanted a refund. Shocking really that because a business they think let's rip them off. Never mind it's a small business
